Not able to use course on phone or iPad and progress not saved

If you are using Safari, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, or a mobile device to complete the training you will have trouble since the web browsers and devices are not compatible with the Virtual Training software.

The listed web browsers and devices does not consistently save your progress when completing the course.

There are disclaimers throughout the course stating which device and web browser to use to complete the training.

The "Very Important Video" also provides this important information as well.

It will be best to switch to web browser Chrome or Firefox along with a laptop or desktop computer to complete the training so that your progress can be saved. Using the suggested web browser and device you should be able to proceed through the training.
