I'm stuck and I cannot proceed with the course

Series shows "attempts in progress" or cannot click on Submit

This most likely is due to the following reasons:

  1. You are not using a PC laptop/desktop
  2. You are not using Chrome or Firefox
  3. You need to clear your cache.

Most likely you will need to "resume" your course to finish out the section you were in to the completion, sometimes having to repeat the section and some of the videos. The section is not considered complete until you can click "submit" at the end.

Completing the Blooms Taxonomy Slide in Series 3

In order for the "Next" button to appear on the 'Blooms Taxonomy" slide in Series 3 of the Effective Substitute Teacher Training, you must click on each level on the pyramid and review the information provided starting at the bottom once the audio completes. Be sure that you are using a laptop or desktop computer with web browser Firefox or Chrome to complete the training. If you are using any other web browser or device you will have trouble completing the training.

Once you review each level of the pyramid you will then have access to the "Next" button. Until each level of the pyramid has been reviewed you will not be able to move to the next section and the "Next" button will not appear. The instructions for this slide are outlined in the audio if you are needing further direction on how to navigate through this section.
